UCCNC, AXBB and YL620A Inverter - 10V setting

Postby sobal » Sun Dec 26, 2021 1:52 pm

Dear All,
As it is my very first post here I send you the best regards. I'm trying to configure my UCCNC to work with YL620A Inverter using a 0-10V analog line. Spindle works fine when using Inverter's panel. To make it work in UCCNC I did the following:

In Inverter
P00.01 to 1 (external control)
P07.08 to 3 (as Inverter's manual states)
Switches set to 0-10V

Connections (AXBB<->Inverter):
AO1 to VI1
5V0 to GND
5V+ to 10V

Now for UCCNC:
In Config->Spindle no changes
In Config->I/O Setup changed Spindle PWM -> analog ch.: to 1

Now in MDI:
S24000
M3

It gives me 9.07V between A01 and 5V0

Does not matter what S value will I take, it is always 9.07V. What have I missed? Thank you in advance. Marry X-mas!

Forget it guys. This problem was a past, I have a new one! ;)

Still working all out. Spindle is working. After adding FWD/REV also works. The problem is of different nature.
When I set some value, eg. S1000, than M3. Voltage on AO1 is initially around 5V and rising all the way up to 9.7V (so the RPM also). Whatever I do, whatever S value I use, the voltage is always rising up to max value. So the problem is, that voltage on AO1 is not stable as it should be. What have I missed?
