Is there any issue with creating a macro M203-M213 , are these predefined Mcodes that are reserved.

Trying to set predefined points on my table to match dowel locating jigs to effectively extend the G54-G59 work coordinates to include more predefined positions that are saved for use rather than having to probe in every time ?

i have noticed that if you save as any pre defined macro then the macro will not run at all. i noticed as i often save as any random number when doing a test of something

Only the macros M20000..M21999 can be connected to buttons without writing some special plugins.
