Juddery corner issue

Postby jsobell » Tue Apr 22, 2025 1:24 pm

I'm not sure whether this is related to the interpretation of the G-Code, the AXBB-E controller, or a configuration setting, but when my device tries to do smooth curves I get a distinct shuddering effect.
It only happens on things like text and small radius curves. I know the G-Code is not generating arcs, but a series of discrete small movements, but is there something I should be settings to persuade the router to track smoothly on the bends?

Is there an obscure setting that helps resolve this?

Thanks,
Jason

Try increasing the error tolerance values in your CV settings.
