Sorry, but I have no timescale yet, because we do not know yet what is causing it.
We currently doing a few other bug fixes, as I see there are 2 more to go to get to the bug report in this topic.
It will likely take a few days to get to it and to see the issue more clear.

Hi all,

first, I really want to thank you all and especially Parkgrr for talking about this issue!! That problem is awful  since a lot of expensive equipment has to suffer.
For more than two weeks, I was searching for the issue causing this behavior, fading out that the new controller could be the problem.
The reason why I'm also writing on this topic, is because I have the same issue but using an xbox-controller pendant on the uc300eth with the jmc ihsv57 servos.
I also didn't test if that issue occurs without using the pendant.

After disassembling the servo and trying different stuff, I'm pretty sure that the servo is not the problem.

@ Parkgrr: Are you using additional equipment like a water pump or electrical controlled air valves?
I'm asking just to make sure that the issue is not caused by attached equipment.

Now, the most import question is: If I control the mill without a pendant, will I encounter the same issue?

Hi Obi,

I'll help as much as I can but it's probably not much. Sorry you're having issues.
Interesting to hear you're having similar issues but with a different controller. Are you having the same “wake up” movements as well as infinite rapid movements?

Yes, my machine has many solenoids, relays, water cooling pump/fans etc but the issue occurs outside of those components (rather there’s no consistency between the operation of these components and the errors mentioned).

If I control the mill without a pendant, will I encounter the same issue?

Meaning if you only jog from the screen? Good test to do. This kind of testing led me to the UCR201 being the issue.

Hope things are better for you

4/26/23, ~1.5 years later and no change, for those coming after me this issue is of no concern to CNCDrive despite others experiencing the same issue. Post here if you would like attention on the issue.

Nobody experiencing this issue anymore with the latest release 1.2115 version 2., except you.
We did not receive even a single issue report like this since that.
