Two Stepper motors

Postby naijin » Wed May 23, 2018 12:49 pm

Hi there, I am thinking of converting my home made router's Y axis to use two stepper motors one on each side of the router attached to ball screw bearings, the mechanical part I have no problems with, but the set up in uccnc I have no idea, are there any step by step instruction available, I have two motors, two drivers power supply and a 4 axis break out board, any advice or help will be greatly appreciated.
Regards

Under the Y axis, select A, B, or C as the slave axis.
Then set the slaves axis settings to match the Y axis settings. That's about all you need to do.
