The profile seems to be good. Now I have no idea... I'll mix some wires to try the profile without any change in it, but I need some time.

I've just made a test run with the given profile and UCCNC 1.2047 with UC400ETH. Homed about 50 times without any problem, so now I really don't know what to do. Could you make a video to show the full issue?

There's no problem with connecting all limits and homes together. It works fine if the correct type of sensors are used. One more question. The DRO keeps counting to the same direction when the axis stops or does it reverse?

Thank you for the video. In the first one, between 0:04 and 0:05 there's the answer.

    - Z counts up, O9 is low
    - Home lights up
    - O9 goes high
    - Z counts down
So, as I see the homing starts, Z goes up, home triggers, Z stops and starts to go down, but the home switchs does not release. UCCNC does what it has to do.

IMHO, it is some hardware problem. As I understand what you wrote, Z goes to home switch, stops, but doesn't start to move down, only the DRO counts. There must be something with the Z drive around the dir.

If the motors not spinning, then I guess you'd need to check for pulses with a scope.
Based on the diagnostic page, the motor should still be moving down, as the home switch hasn't opened back up.
