Dan's question is really about the last 4 drilling operations, which appear to be affected by the G42 at the start of the code.

(Dan, my tool changer macro could not find out which tool to insert: there's no T around the M6.)

Thanks Dezsoe, you found another bug in my plugin!!! I added it to my loooooooong list.

But I don't think any of the bugs/problems you mentioned has anything to do with screen pic I posted. if you remove the G42 from code you will see the code runs and draws fine. I also noticed if I run code with canned cycle in G90 it draws and runs fine also.

(Sorry for the off, I only wanted to help Dan.)

I'm sure it is a bug. That's why I tested with single line and then I found that is draws good while moving to the wrong position.

Thank you Dezsoe....and you did. BTW I found the problem, coming out of the forloop I meant to remove that feedrate because not really needed and just removed the variable and not the "F".

Thanks again,

I would like to be selected to try out the "new" cutter comp that is available.
I started running CNC machines in about 1986. When there were no cad programs available (unless you worked for NASA or GM).
Cutter comp back then was very useful for programming a tool path to follow outside or inside a given path and not having to do the math to offset half the tool radius.
Just program the path and use G41 to climb around the programmed path to cut a pocket.
Usually it was "G41 D17 etc..." and I could measure the pocket and make an offset in the "D17 register" and cut it a little bigger to make an easy finish cut while using the same program.
