M5 delay UCCNC+NeuronLite

When XY movement stops, there is a 1+ sec delay before torch shuts off.
What could cause a delay that long?

What is controlling the torch? The UCCNC via a motion controller pin controlled by a M3/M5 or via the Neuron or a combination of both?
If it is controlled by the UCCNC is what I can talk about is that if there is no M5 delay setup then there should be no more than a few tens of milliseconds delay.

If it's controlled by the Neuron then there may be a setting in the plugin which causing the delay, but please ask Andrew (Shad) about this.
