Taper on job

Hi

New to Cnc lathes so a little confused as to why a job we are doing has been fine until today when the job decided to taper at one end although not to much but very annoying as we have made no changes
This machine is only 5 months old

Any help would be great

Is the tailstock slightly out of alignment?

Not sure we did have a crash on a tool reset offsets etc but taper still near tailstock
