Battwell could you please do me a favor and test the current read in Modbus V15 plugin.

I know control works well been tested/used for weeks but I had the read being sent wrong and hoping you could check with plugin below'.

Using current draw register and put 10 in the divideby field.

Big thanks in advance.

Hello,

I'm new to UCCNC and just came across this. Haven't read everything here or on CNCzone yet, but wanted to ask as as to whether or not this would work with a Delta M series VFD. It does have a RJ45 connector. I also have an older USB RS485 board and drivers for Win7 for it that I had used previously to control rpm on a Yaskawa VFD. This is the board

Thanks,
Scott

I have vfd connected to a spindle by my pc chair at the moment- along with other development bits and pieces.

Thank you Battwell, I will be at my friends shop this morning and will test there, I already have a serial monitor loaded on his comp
and I will be able see and confirm if working or where problem is. This probably won't take more than 10-15 minuets than going back and forth here.

if I don't get away from desk I'll be divorced also. LOL

I really appreciate your help and offer,
Dan

Great..I think there aren't much Modbus users because of being a little complicated, but as you see it's really not. Like using the telephone, you need the right number to get through.

Where can I find the current version of ModbusEZ? I have a Commander SK VFD on my table with a large motor connected and would like to test it with your plugin. It already works fine with a macroloop and the ModbusMaster plugin.

(I have all these things in the living room now, lots of Arduino and PIC stuff on my table, but it seems, I will not be devorced. :) My wife never saw anything else around me.)
