Hi Alex,

The manual you linked should make it real simple and easy to get you up and running quickly. I snipped 2 sections that's needed for your Modbus parameter's, you probably already seen reading through but thought I'll post for others.

These are the settings you need to input into modbusEZ configure using the first option in manual/snip for frequency, if you choose to try second option you will need to check the HZ*100 box to increase the frequency range. I added this feature and you can download at bottom of this post. The Amp setup is in configure window but not implemented into code yet, I will post new and last version in a couple of weeks with updated manual if my Time allows.

Hope you setup goes smoothly,

Hey Alex I forgot to mention one more important setting, if using the settings I posted for ModbusEZ you need to set F0.02 to 1 ( 0.1HZ)in your VFD.

ModbusEZ default HZ resolution is 0.1HZ and to change to 0.001HZ you need to check checkbox in spindle setup. To put it simply and clarify what this is doing is basically just adding a zero to end so frequency sent falls in the right decimal place of VFD. All VFD's frequency setting needs to be sent in Hex and decimals are not used.

im glad you posted those pictures from the manual.
i managed to set speed on my ecogoo by setting the keypad frequency register using modbus (but keeping the drive option as- use keypad frequency instead of using communication setting)
still cant find any way of making it run without using terminals. (tried setting the inputs by modbus - which reads back ok- but doesnt start the drive)
to be fair- il be using the terminals, but id love to know how they designed this thing to work by modbus!

Me Too! They provide a 35++ page manual and not a sentence on Modbus setup, had to be frustrating. Looks like a nice drive though with a lot of features.

It seems pretty good on bench test
It's a special- 220single phase in 380out
Not much choice on models that can do this!
I have the hy t series too. I bought this one as I can get it inside the cabinet instead of hanging on the outside like my hy.
The funny thing is-the tech dept couldn't tell me how to do it.

these settings work with ecogoo9100 to set frequency only
i still cant work out how to get it to run- as nothing in the manual! ive spent way too long on it!

frequency source parameter p0.01 must be left at use keypad (0) not communication settings (7)
