So, to fully enable the setting, so the look ahead will not stop because of the too high conn.angle you set 360, because connection angle on the path can't be greater than 360°, so no stop will happen.
A 360°angle is a full circle, it is for example when one axis completely changing direction while the other axes don't move.

And to fully disable it, so the motion will always deccelerate on all points you set 0°, because every connection angle is greater than 0° on any paths.

I think that you worded that wrong.

Wouldn't "disabling" be not stopping, and "enabling" stopping?

And can you explain how it works at angles greater than 180°? Isn't 175° the same as 185°, just in the other direction? And wouldn't 89° be the same as 271°?

Gerry,

Yes, you should be right about that the angles really can't be larger than 180°.
I think I confused it with how it is with the G41/G42 which I'm working on for a while now, because there can be 0-360° angles, because with them it is known which side you have to look at the angle, because the offset side is known.
But with non offset movements the angles really can't be greater than 180°
I'm not sure why 0-360°is the range in the UCCNC, probably it is only a mistake in the screenset, but will ask my collegue about it and will let you know asap.

About the wording, well, you know I'm not native english, so I'm not sure how this particular wording is OK or not, maybe you native english guys can re-phrase it for me...

Think we need to come up with some better wording for the manual.

I'll play when I'm back on Sunday / monday

Gerry,

I looked after and you were correct, that the max. angle is 180°.
If the angle is greater than 180° then the API treats that as if it was 180° and if the angle is <0 then it is treated as 0°.
So, basicly the 0-360° range is a mistake in the screenset, the valid range is 0-180°.
And so my previous description is also not correct, I mean it is correct if the 180°is substituted where I wrote 360°.

Rob,

Thank you, I appritiate your help with that in advance!
