Like Jerry suggested, make sure all settings for the VFD is set correctly and for serial communication. I supplied the settings for serial communication in instructions.

1. I see your baud rate is set to 19200, try 9600 in PD164 on VFD and in plugin settings. You can tweak higher once up and running.

2. I see you have pulley box checked in UCCNC spindle set up, uncheck this box until up and running.

3. When using 2017 screenset you must change the RPM label # in screen edit from 870 to 2451.

My only experience with these type motors is from what I read online. I would keep your max 70HZ in plugin settings since this is what you had success with.

Is converter wired correctly?
And what RS-485 converter are you using?
More than one person that couldn't get the plugin to work found that the converter was the issue.

Does it use a driver?
The one I have uses a ch340t chip, and requires a driver.

The simplest solution in trouble shooting any Modbus set up and could save a lot of time chasing your tail with guessing is download a free or trial serial monitor. I/you can determine immediately what the problem is. If you need a link LMK.

Start Serial Monitor and choose new.(new window will appear)
Choose com port you chose in plugin.
Choose dump view.
Press Start Monitoring.

Start UCCNC with start up and enabled checked for HY12 plugin.

You should see lines of bytes immediately, if you don't than you have a connection problem and should start there.
