Reset trigger log?

To be honest, I think Macro's are also a bit beyond my coding skills at present
My last bit of coding from scratch was in Basic on my Atari xl and looked like a bit like this;

10 print "iain is not very good at coding......"
20 Goto 10

When I was 12 I thought this was quite cool but I need to improve on this! I shall set aside a day or two soon and devote the time to making my head hurt!
