Apparently my HP have not been updated since January. I have now run one W10 update and after that tested the 1.2032 version of UCCNC and that is still working. The second W10 update is ongoing but I'll probably not be able to finish the installation tonight and test UCCNC with it.

Seems like editing is disabled, so I'll answer myself in a new post...

I have now updated my HP ProBook 6470b laptops with Intel HD Graphics 4000 integrated video card to the latest Windows 10 Pro 64-bit version, but so far not seen any issues. The laptops have 12GB memory and have i5-3230M 2.6GHz CPU. Still running UCCNC 1.2032 and only tested in demo mode, but it worked without any issues. So, my conclusion is that the "problem" with Intel HD Graphics 4000 integrated video card is not generic, perhaps only certain laptops have the issue, perhaps it depends on other software or drivers installed on the problematic PCs... I have no idea, but it is definitely not a generic problem. Tomorrow I will run UCCNC with the UC300ETH and the CNC connected, as well as Modbus through Ethernet and if that works, I'll update to UCCNC 1.2036 as soon as I find the time.

Hi Josef,

Yes, the problem is sure not generic. I also have a mini PC with Win 10. on it and with Intel HD 4000 integrated video and have the problematic update installed and it still runs without problems.
And Intel HD 4000 video is used in lots of computers, but so far we received only 4 problem reports in total about this issue which is probably much less than how many people running the UCCNC on Win 10. PC's with Intel HD 4000 cards, so this tells me the same, that the issue must be not generic, but it probably effecting only certain configurations.

This issue was resolved with a workaround in the OpenGL code in UCCNC version 1.2038.

When can we have version 1.2038? I just install the UCCNC software after purchasing a license and the UC300ETH board and the UCCNC interface was extremely slow. Initially very disappointed until I found this thread. The board works fine in Mach3 - which I've been using for a few years now.

What do you mean "when can we have"? It is here since 17.May: http://www.forum.cncdrive.com/viewtopic ... 0&start=30
What Operating System are you using?
If Win10 then you may have issues with versions prior to version 1.2038, depending on what video card you have because of an OpenGL bug in Win10 which effects some Intel integrated video cards.

Thanks. I got 1.2042 installed and it fixed the slow GUI problem. Imported my xml profile from mach3 and noticed that the DIR pins active low were not imported correctly (both X and Z run in reversed). Spent sometime looking for debounce setting for limit switches (got a false trigger) but there weren't any in the software.

No software debounce in uccnc.

Why do you have noise issues, can you not sort with ferrite cores and ceramic capacitors?

There is hardware debounce only which is an RC network on all inputs.
There is no hardware debounce in LPT ports for example, so is why mach3 absolutely needs the debounce setting as it was originally created to work with LPT ports.
