UCCNC 1.2024 was released

The changes and bug fixes to the prior version:

- Timeout parameter did not save in the Modbusmaster plugin, problem fixed.
- Autoleveler plugin jogdisable issue was fixed by the developer, plugin updated.
- Probe did not work in some cases, problem fixed.
- Softlimits parameters did not download always properly, problem fixed.
- Plugininterface Getbuttonstate missing function was added.
- A few (a minor number of on second etc. ports) pins were not assigned properly in the UC400ETH and UC300ETH motion controllers and did not work, problem fixed.
