1.2038 test version probe coordinate registration not workin

I'm reporting this just to let you guys aware and so you do not have to report this, that in test version 1.2038 the probed coordinates always registers as 0 coordinate and not the probed coordinate.
Accidentally the probing coords registration code left commented out in the source code of this version when we did some testings of the new g-codes and this code part left commented out, so it always registers 0 coords in this version.
Will be fixed in the next test release.

Yes suddenly I triyed M40 M41 and g31, and I get always

0.00 0.00 0.00

Using G31 manually, step by step , I get the coordinates in the txt. file


Do you think in version 1.37 this will not happend ?

So I would install 1.37 in another directory , to have both versions, and
digitize with 1.37 in the meantime....

Yes, it is a known issue in the 1.2038 test version and it was fixed in the next release.
You can read it in the test releases thread in the bug fixes list of the 1.2039 test version that this issue was fixed in that version.
I advice you to download the latest test version which is 1.2042: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=240&start=30
