Seems like editing is disabled, so I'll answer myself in a new post...
I have now updated my HP ProBook 6470b laptops with Intel HD Graphics 4000 integrated video card to the latest Windows 10 Pro 64-bit version, but so far not seen any issues. The laptops have 12GB memory and have i5-3230M 2.6GHz CPU. Still running UCCNC 1.2032 and only tested in demo mode, but it worked without any issues. So, my conclusion is that the "problem" with Intel HD Graphics 4000 integrated video card is not generic, perhaps only certain laptops have the issue, perhaps it depends on other software or drivers installed on the problematic PCs... I have no idea, but it is definitely not a generic problem. Tomorrow I will run UCCNC with the UC300ETH and the CNC connected, as well as Modbus through Ethernet and if that works, I'll update to UCCNC 1.2036 as soon as I find the time.
