I tested it and something doesn't make sense.

System energized the voltage between O7 and GND is 15.62V

Start the spindle with M3 S24000, the voltage drops to .001V. O7 indicator light is on but flickering somewhat.

Decrease the speed with the slider the voltage increases:
24000 rpm = 0V
14000 rpm = 6V
12000 rpm = 7.7V
9700 rpm = 9.25V

Shouldn't the voltage stay at 0V?

The Voltage on the start signal should drop to 0V on the M3 command and stay at 0V until the spindle is stopped.
