iHSV57 Integrated AC Servo Drive Questions

A few questions concerning my axis drives (iHSS57 and iHSV57):

1. Has anyone seen the Green LED flash @ ~1s intervals?

2. What Pul/Rev values are most using in axis setup?

3. What is the relationship between Pul/Rev and Pul freq/Rev and pulse rate?

4. Should you pick a SW1-SW4 settings that puts the motor output at a favorable point on the torque curve (if that makes sense)? RPM drives torque . . . what other specs are directly related to torque?

5. The drive ENABLE signal is developed by feeding 24VDC through a current limit resistor (2K7). Why am I am measuring 1.5VDC at the motor ENABLE contact? The drive requires => 3.5VDC to set ENABLE. Suggestions?

I am having trouble setting up my axis drives and doing Jogging test. What do y'all think?
