Mpg to axbb-e

I have a MPG wired up to the axbb-e third port. In the axbb-e input/output panel, the leds are flashing for the pin 10,11 i am using. I have the port and pin assigned in the ports/pins page of mach3. I am in mpg jog mode and still get no movement. It seems as if the axbb-e is seeing it but not outputting to the motors. What am i missing
