Spindle Rough Cuts

My Spindle is having an issue that finished cuts come out really rough both in the routed piece and material. I changed the feed rate and spindle speed but nothing has changed I am assuming that there is an issue with the settings of my spindle in uccnc what should I change to fix this issue?
