Error macro 31

Attached screen shot of an error message which appeared this morning I have been using this probing macro without problems for quite a few years and it was working perfectly yesterday. I have restarted the program a few times but the error is still there.I have attached a screen shot of the message and would appreciate some help how to fix it.

I am not sure that I have actually attached the file , if it not there please advise and I will try again
