Accuracy different on same part

Hi all,

Has anyone ever had a large part cut out accurately but then on the same part have smaller details cut out 0.3 - 0.5mm larger/ smaller than they should be.

I have a part that overall is 600mm wide which comes out perfect but has tabs on it that should be 18.80mm pm the same axis (x) but get cut out at 19.30mm

Any ideas or help would be most welcome!

Ciao Wayne, ho lo stesso identico problema asse x, le misure vengono di 0.4/0.5mm più larghe di quelle impostate, ho riscontrato un pò di gioco sul mio asse x , eseguirò dei test prossimamente.
Se ci sono novità ti aggiorno.
