Denford Triac converted to UCCNC

Hi,
Looking for help with my UCCNC retrofitted Triac milling Machine.
When I Switch on the machine and send it home the Z axis numbers on screen move but the spindle motor does not.

does it show your licenced name?

are your steppers/servos powered?

i have a triac i converted. great machines.
