Mounting breakout board onto 48v power supplies

I’m planning to 3D print a custom enclosure to mount my motion controller (UC300ETH-5LPT) and planned breakout board (UCSB). Accessible space is very limited. I noticed that the 48v power supplies have threaded holes (denoted by yellow circles) that would work perfectly for the standoffs.

I want to ensure that I’m not missing anything in my logic concerning interference or not knowing what I don’t know. The motion controller is currently under the power supplies in the red box in the attached picture, so proximity shouldn’t be an issue.

Well I would put a metal plate under the UC300ETH, between the UC300ETH and the powersupply just to make sure to shield it against the EMI noise possibly coming from the powersupplies.

Make sure the screws aren't too long that they make contact with the power supply circuit board or components and short out something. A metal plate between the 300ETH and PS isn't necessary, the power supply case is aluminum just make sure it's grounded.
