UCCNC and W10 not starting

Was working for years, after some time not using it, I try to start the program, nothing happens, no errors.
Remove it, install it again, same bahaviour, no errors not starting.
Using the utility and can see my network or use devices.
Any idea of where is the problem?

And the utility tool says OK if you test the connection?

When I press Scan on the utility recognize the usb or the ethernet controller, whathever is connected.

Anyway here is not the problem, if not seen on the bus any controller program will start showing the demo controllers, but this never happens.

Is any way to trace or see what library or ther need to be installed or fails?

What microsoft runtime or other libraries are required?

Check your Event log in Windows 10. Try to start UCCNC, then look in Event log for errors.

Messages are in Spanish but it is clear more or less.

Installing .NET 8.0 doesn´t solve the problem.

Installing .Net Framework 4.8.1 also no change.

UCCNC requires the .NET framework 4.0 and the Visual C++ redistributable 2008 package to run.

Trying to install .NET framework 4.0 and I get a message from installer saying I have a modern version so no need to install it.
Visual C++ redistributable 2008, I got a message saying reinstall or remove (so it is already installed), reinstall just in case, UCCNC still not starting.

The UCCNC requires nothing else, so I don't know why is it not running if both prerequirements are installed.
Try to repair the .net framework and the C++ redist package, maybe it has a problem.
