ucr201 questions

Session to session I always have to go into the config panel to change the number of digits displayed.

I do load a profile after initialization from the default profile.

Question 1: How do I get the settings to save as the session update and save in the desired profile don't seem to save the UCR201 init's?

Question 2: I lose contact with the USB receiver, even though the pendant and usb receiver are very close and RF signal strength is at full antenna, any suggestions to improve?

1) On your desktop shortcut, the profile name should be in the "Target", like this: C:\UCCNC\UCCNC.exe /p Profilename
2) Make sure all the power saving options are turned off in your PC for the USB ports.

I looked but couldn't find any power saver options for the USB port in Windows 10. The loss of connection is very intermittent and can happen a few times with a minute, which seems way too fast for a power saving mode to kick in.

We have found that there might be some interference that causes position jumps when the MPG is enabled when a bluetooth loudspeaker in the next room is being used. I haven't tried changing the radio channels yet, are there any less likely to interfere channels?

Go to Device Manager, and dig deep into the USB ports properties and settings.
