The prototype works, but there will be some changes. I'm still working on the software for it.

How do i make a Modbus Server?

That is an arduino based. It uses USB or Ethernet. You can connect up to 3 breakout boards. Since it is Ethernet, you could also connect many of these units through a switch. It is very simple and flexible.
