Greetings. I have this problem: during homing the axes go to the opposite side compared to how I select the direction box.

It's likely that your home sensor is already active when you start homing. Check the diag page.

Hi dezsoe. No because I generally move the axes a little outside the home sensors before turning off the machine.

Check the following: When the axes are off the home switches then check if the home LEDs in the diagnostics are on or off, they should be off when the axes are off the home switches.
If they are on then you have the home switches polarity configured in reverse. Then reverse the home input polarity with inverting the active low checkbox of the homing in the axis settings.
Also you then need to reverse the homing direction to make the axes home to the proper direction.
