3D Probe offset in XYZ

Hello,

I would like to install a 3D probe offset to my spindle, which is brought into position using a steppermotor.
How can I define the offset so that the spindle moves to the recorded zero coordinates after probing?

I find the standard probing function very confusing and unfortunately I couldn't get any further.
Maybe there is another plugin that can do something like that.
