This was solved in earlier versions, so it is strange that it happens to you in 1.2116.
We will test it soon.

Is there a way to open uccnc in Debug mode to show if its get unslaved or what happens ?

I currently run 1.2113 , have hard limit switches. I park my machine left corner with z up. I use soft limits as well. I never used limit switches as home switches. I decided to use the switches as homing switches also. Everything was configured with the correct port and pin. Homing worked fine. I next configured a .5 back off. My A is slaved to Y. The Y and A axis started the back off, Y stopped properly A continued moving tripped Y drive overload, was still moving when I hit E- Stop don't know how far it would have went. I restored everything back to original . Only tried this once it was enough, had to re-square gantry.

I'm note sure how this is related to this issue ?
