Issue connecting to UC400ETH

I am having a bit of an issue with my UC400ETH

I have had it working on another laptop before and have now moved it to a new one.

Set up the ethernet port to 10.10.10.10, using a cross over cable between the PC and the UC400ETH. I can ping the UC400ETH on 10.10.10.11 and it replies, I even pulled the cable to make sure it stopped so it definitely is the UC400ETH replying.

However it's not detected on the UCxxx_utility and when I fire up UCCNC it just goes to the demo selection page, I do have the license file in the UCCNC directory so I would assume it should work.

Not really sure what to do next.

Post a screenshot of your ethernet adapter settings. Every time someone makes a post like this, it's almost always due to incorrect network settings.

Haha looking at my own picture I spotted the subnet was wrong, it now connects to UCCNC, thanks for asking the right question
