Axbb-e replacement broken

New

I ordered a new AXBB-E card to replace another axbb-e card that I burned.
Installed and ready all'uso but UCCNC tells me Key invalid.
some questions..
1- where do you find the serial number of the new one (there is a sticker on the burnt one)??
I have a lifetime license for UCCNC, who should I ask for the updated license file and how?
I have some pictures to compare the old one with the new one I am attaching them because it upsets me and I don't understand the difference that is on the back of the new card.

Start the UCxxx_utility and it will show you the serial number. The difference is on both sides: the processor is the same but in a different package. Ask for the license where you got the replacement from, I think that it's part of the warranty.

Isn't CNCDRIVE produce you already produce the Axbb-e with the 26-pin port 3 vertical by opening a window in the yellow sheet?
Since it is widespread in this configuration and then I think it would be more comfortable in others.
