Problem between vcarve and uccnc

When I design 20 four inch tags in vcarve, all on 1 board and open with uccnc the machine cuts a 8 in tag. It follows the correct path on the screen which is 4 inches. No clue how to fix it. I have tried a couple projects and it cuts twice the size of the design. Worked fine two weeks ago. Any help is appreciated.

Have you changed the preprocessor in Vcarve? Does the preview in Vcarve look OK?

confirm you have not got scaling enabled?
are your steps per unit correct ( check by jogging a distance on the screen and confirm travel of machine is the same)
