Looking at the manual you have everything wired correctly. and you say that the probe has a led that goes from one color to another when activated. so the probe is working. Do you have a volt meter that you can measure the signal side and make sure the signal is going to 0 volts when activated? The other possibility is something is software is not set correctly. HAng in there youll get this figured out. :)

You need to check the "active low" check box on what ever probe port and pin you are using.

I don't lose hope. I will try yours advices and I send it on this forum if I resolve my problem.
What can not be set correctly on the software? Can I download specific plugging, or other?

No plugin. On the setup screen1 you need to check the box beside active low for the probe you are using.

See I think this is the issue. See the blue circle. they need to be checked to indicate active low.

Thanks a lot!!! You resolved my problem! :D I tested the signal's wire with a voltmeter and it isn't to 0. In fact i added a shielded cable to my probe and my problem cames from here. I changed my cable and everything is all right!

So thank you for your advice and your patience, it's really nice and it got me out of a bind! ;)
