Ethernet to USB C

I am new to the AXBB and have it has a ethernet out and I do not have that on my computer. Does a converter from ethernet to USB C work?

Also I have the Demo on my computer and have the license key, do I have to have a connection the AXBB to get the main software to load to the computer?

Yes, it should work fine.

The program first needs to connect to the motion controller. If it can then it will check for the license. If it cannot connect then you'll get only demo mode.
