Macro for siren

I want to make a macro to enable an output when z axis(only z axis) moving faster than 100mm/s I use axbbe controller with a big machine, I need to install an alarm siren to sound when the gantry moves up and down faster than a value for safety reasons.is there any way? Any idea welcome
