Duet2 Controler to UCCNC

Hi All,

I have a CNC (Not built by me) that has a duat2 controller board. How hard is it to replace that card with a UCCNC controller?

I need a tangential knife and unfortunately, the Duet2 card doesn't support this so looking to change over. Im kinda hoping its an easy swap, but Im very new to all this so any help and or advice would be appreciated.

btw, before anyone asks - yes It has to be a tangential knife rather than a drag knife as Im looking to cut quite deep foam and foam board with a high degree of accuracy.
