Hmm... Here is how to turn on debug mode and save the results. Please, upload the log: it should not move that way.

This offset was a special request here on this forum (I couldn't find the topic) and I left it in the code, because it is useful. I'll think about creating something to set these settings.

Would be nice to have it as editable in the tool table in the future.

Please find the result of the debug mode !

After the start of the debug tool, I did :
- Home the cnc
- Go to zero
- Reference workpiece
- launch a tool change (T50 M6) with a MobileToolOffset50=30,0,0,0,0,0

FYI, the "flood" button is connected to the air for the tool change (flood on = tool release, flood off = tool insertion)

Yes and no. I still don't understand the movements: there must be something that I don't see in the log. You have an old version of the probing plugin. (It's 2 years old and I made a lot of changes since then.) Now I built a new version with some more detailed debug information. Please, download it from this link. Save your current Plugins\Probing.dll and Profiles\<yourprofilename>.pro to somewhere outside of UCCNC. This new version of the plugin will change its data structure in the profile, so if you change back to the older version then you'll need the old profile to get your probing settings back. This is a beta version, so it will create a Probing.log file besides the dll in the Plugins folder. The file is always deleted on UCCNC startup, so you'll find all the debug information in it until you restart UCCNC. This means that you don't need to work with the Console plugin, just do what you used to do and upload the log file when you finished.

Hi !

Please find the probing log !

The new probing.dll didn't change anything regarding the probing behavior described before.

Again, thanks a lot for your help,

Thank you for the log, I could find out what happened. You use an M6 tool changer macro which calls buttons from the probe screen. It calls the Goto mobile probe position button (848) which moves the tool to the mobile probe position. Then it calls the Start probing button (821) which detects the offset and moves the tool to the offset position before probing.

Now I reworked some parts of the probe screen to detect the tool probe offset when the tool number is changed and when you press the Goto mobile probe position button then it moves to the offset position. Download from the same location and test it, please. Thanks in advance.
