AXBB-E + Sanyu inverter - spindle problem

Hello,

I have a problem with my spindle, it doesn't run and I don't have an idea how to make it work. Please help me...

Inverter (Sanyu SX1000-2R2G-4) configuration:
P101 - 1
P102 - 1
P105 - 400
P106 - 100
P209 - 380
P210 - 5
P215 - 400
P315 - 6
P316 - 7

Inverter > AXBB-E:

FWD > Port 1 O7
REV > Port 1 O8
AVI > AO1
GND > 5V0 (Power out)

Configuration in UCCNC below:

I don't know if it's important but I use 12V 350W power supply. I found that AXBB can run with this voltage.
Axes motors run.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Hi,

I made some tests. My spindle max speed is 24000rpm. When I put S12000 command I measured (AVI/GND) 4,6-4,75v on inverter, S24000 gives 9,78-9,9v.
But, when I put GND wire to 24V0 I can run and stop the spindle from UCCNC but I can't change the speed, it's random.
Can someone tell me what is going on?

Does anyone know what is "+10V" port for in nverter? Should I give there power from my controller?

Update:

After programming inverter P102 to "0" (start signal from inverter panel) I can start spindle manualy from inverter panel and I can change speed using UCCNC.
Do I need to use relays to give "start" signal from UCCNC to inverter?

I used relays between AXBBE board and inverter. It started to work correctly.
