Servoconfig and vista

Trying to install servoconfig on an old vista laptop and the installer won't launch. I have .net 3.5 installed which includes 2.0.

Any words of wisdom

The Servoconfig3 requires the .net framework 4.0 , I mean it's current version was updated to .net 4.0 because Windows 10/11 has that by default and the .net 4.0 can be installed on XP and Win 7.
So, install the .net 4.0 framework.
