Yl-620 vfd + uc300eth 5lpt analog problem.

Hi there,

I've managed to connect and set up my 2.2kw spindle through the analogue output on the uc300eth, with analogue bob (bought from cncdrive), although I'm not getting 10v output. Only around 9.3v, that's why the vfd, which is correctly set for 400hz, only gives me +-375hz.
Is there a way to set the 0-10v output on the eth300? I was going to go with rs485 but took advice from cncdrive on this forum and went with the analogue signal generated by eth300. Thanks.
Bob to vfd has been wired 0.5mm wire, around 30 cm long.

You can adjust the max rpm in the VFD to compensate. I assume its 0-24,000 rpm? Actually, the additional 25hz isn't going to make a noticeable difference and probably not worth the effort.

Yes, you can adjust the Volts/Hz parameter in the VFD to make it to produce 400Hz at 9.3Volts.
Also check if the PWM max. is set to 100% in the software and that the S spindle speed is programmed to the maximum possible.
