The 5v power to that boat does not come via usb as it is present when usb not connected.
The inverter is described as keb combivert but I can't get access to that presently as it's pushed against the wall. Should be able to at the weekend
Based on the information provided, it seems like there is a homemade board on the left-hand side of the second picture in a thread. The wiring diagram for the board is also attached on that page. The board receives 5V power, which is not supplied via USB as it is present even when the USB is not connected.
It is mentioned that an inverter is being used, but the exact model is not accessible presently as it is pushed against the wall. It should be possible to access it at the weekend.
