What he really requires is screw mapping, because just specifying different steps per inch doesn't identify where the error is.

He could have that much error in the ball screw pre-load adjustment? What is the manufacturing tolerance for what he is making?

Deviation amount doesn't matter, 0.01mm or 1mm. Fact is you cannot configure one of most important parameter (axis steps per unit) of cnc machine. Very sad.

Maybe your issue is in your choice of Ball Screws and the calibration of those rather than trying to do a software fix?

How are you Homing this Axis? Do you have a Switch or what on each motor?

This question is pointless..
Yes, maybe "dumb" DMG mori engineers also have issues with choice of ball screws, and trying to fix software..

If being 0.011mm out on a 100mm circle then I suggest you buy better quality ballscrews that are matched
