Auto Zero Tool at start of Job Macro

I have done some digging and I can't seem to find an answer to my exact problem.

I have to manually change tools at the start of each job. I would like to be able to take my clip and probe plate and permanatly install them on to my cnc and just have the tool probed before running gcode. Is there any marcos out there that can do this?
