Hey i have build a new cnc milling machine. I did used the steppers NEMA 23 from my old cnc from china. I dont know the Newton meter. Its working fine when its milling a strait line. When its milling a oval it stutters. I am milling bamboe 7mm thick in one time at a feed rate 1000mm/min. Could it be that the steppers are not strong enough, are is it an software isseu.

So. Straight line is working (1 axis stepper running).
Oval/circle is not (2 axis steppers running).
Is your power supply strong enough to run more than 1 stepper simultaneously?.

My controle box is made by cncdrive. There are 2 power suplly 48 v. That schould be enough. I have 4 stepperdrives. 1 x axis, 1y axis, 1z axis and 1 a axis(2nd xaxis).
