UC_400ETH connection issue

I had my older labtop stolen in a resent break in; Controller worked fine on that computer. Bought a new computer that runs Windows ll, having the issue of it not finding the controller after following all the instructions in the manual I took it to best buy to see if their technician can help. They could not get it to connect also. All connections, IP's so forth have been verified.

Only question that has raised is; is the comptroller compatible with windows 11. If some one can comment to this that would be great.

Yes, it should work with Windows 11.
Post all of your network settings.

Networking works the same on all operating systems, because it is based on standards, so the UC400ETH networking works on all Windows OSes including Windows 11.
Does the UCx00 utility tool sees your UC400ETH? Does the controller answers to ping?
Maybe you could post your IP settings of your network card and IP settings of your UC400ETH with the UCx00 utility tool. (printscreens)

These are my network settings

I can ping the comptroller, I have ruled out cable

The UC400ETH -comptroller is not listed anywhere and says it can not be found

I am Running UCCNC from Stepcraft software.

I installed Mach3 to see if it would work however same issue says comptroller cannot be found

Got a call from Hugo at Stepcraft, he logged on remotely and was able to get it going using 10.10.10.11, 255.255.255.0 he added a gateway ip address of 10.10.10.10 at it seam to be working.

This was a unique issue as my ethernet port was using my wifi IP for some reason.

I thank you for your efforts and hope if someone else has this issue it will help them get going also.
