Turn software update?

The plugin encoder Pin I/O as well as the Mach4 Control input I/O port settings keep losing settings every time I restart Mach4, I saw somewhere in teh forum that this was a problem before and that the UC300Eth plugin was fixed and re-issued. Perhaps same issue with latest Mach 4 revision 4204612? I have UC300eth plugin rev 1004.

As usual, any advice appreciated.

Make sure to install the latest plugin with the UCx00 installer with having internet connection on the computer.

Hi cncdrive, thank you for response .

I downloaded latest from website onto my internet pc and then copied UCx installer onto CNC PC and installed. Is this method an issue (Don't have internet access on my CNC to avoid unwanted viruses etc) ?
What Revision should I get ? I have plugin rev 1004 installed.

We still working on it, especially o nthe G95/G96.
I can't tell you a release date, because it is hard to tell how many bugs we will find in the final/real life testing which we are about to do.

I have bought a wifi dongle and , gone to website https://www.cnc4pc.com/uc300eth-etherne ... ler-b.html

and run the automatic installer to auto install the plugin in Mach4. It installed version 1.004 again ??
which version is the latest plugin version and what are the changes made relative to 1.004 ? Wish this info was posted on the website so we don't keep going into forum and having to
ask cncdrive for simple information.

I guess no reply to previous feedback on profile loss on Mach4 exit. Will have to ask Artsoft to assist I guess...

On a positive note, I have managed to post a simple roughing pass profile from Fusion360 to Mach4 and it works so far !

At this stage I have a working Mach4 lathe profile using UC300ETH controller. Have procured a 1024 PPR encoder that I plan to install in order to test threading function.

Because everytime I see that there have been something posted in this thread, I hope that there is any news about when the Turn software will come.
