Y-axis machine coordinates

I want to zero the machine coordinates. The machine is in home position. Soft limits is turned off. When I puch the home all button the machine coordinates will be set to 0 but the Y-axis wont change to 0. what can be the solution?

Check the "Auto set" checkbox next to the write offset on homing setting and the Y axis settings and set the home offset to 0 at the same place if you want to machine coordinate for that axis to be 0 on homing.
